This show serves as evidence that art continue to be the articulation and social commentary of its surrounding world; the study of its history; and the dare into the future. With advancement in technology – in this case, augmented reality – it allows greater user interaction through the display of additional objects of arts and layers of digitally manipulatable information not previously visible within a conventional art space. As the space opens farther, so must our minds. This is an experience of progress. This is an example of how art (and artists) are to remain relevant. This is also a reminder that in today’s overloaded world, it is particularly essential for us to filter and consciously sieve through the multi layers of [what we perceive to be] our realities lest we disappear insignificantly through the tides of change.
