The Arizona Science Center has just opened a new play space for kids. It’s called the Cosmic Playground and it will be open to the public through January 13. This space-themed play area has three different play structures that feature space-themed decor. Kids can spin on SPUN chairs, bounce on Mars, and play in the Milky Way Ball Pit. Guests can also join in daily activities at the Center’s Aspiring Astronaut Station.
Cosmic Playground hosts daily activities and demos that help visitors understand the various concepts that come with space. Visitors are encouraged to wear clean socks and shoes to explore the interactive exhibit. Shoes can be purchased from the Blue Crew for $1 while supplies last. The Cosmic Playground is ADA accessible.
